Hubei Provincial Seed Group Co. Ltd, as a vanguard of "going out" agriculture enterprise in China, has ten years history to the International market and mature experience of International agriculture technology and market development. On the basis "going out" of crops seed and technology, a group of high quality varieties that adapt to the need of different countries and regions  have been developed and promoted, a group of agriculture experts that cooperative relations in technology and trade field have been established with more than 20 countries or regions.

In 1999, it began "going out" strategy and in 2000 established International Trade Department which specialized in agricultural technology promotion and international trade. The seeds of exports expand to more than 3,500 tons in 2007 compare to 15 tons in 2001, and will exceed 5,000 tons in 2008. It provides miscellaneous hybrid crop seeds and technical support services to countries such as Bangladesh, Pakistan, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam and other countries for many years, which contributed much to the stability and development in agricultural for the countries. Its hybrid rice seed export quantity accounts for more than one-third of total exports. And hybrid cotton, rape seeds exports create a national precedent. Currently it is building joint-venture companies in Bangladesh, Pakistan and some other countries, to localize agricultural technology and marketing. It had been doing new crop varieties trial and demonstration work in Africa countries such as Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Sudan and other countries for many years. To cooperate with these countries partners, it has rich experience and the technical conditions are feasible.
